Richard started out as a delivery driver for a rigging company after he proved himself to be a self motive employee he moved his way up to become a fulltime wire rope rigger where he stayed for 9 years. After his work as a rigger he became an outside sales rep for a wire rope rigging company. Fast forward to January 1st, 1993 Richard and Mike established Tri-State wire rope. Sales Mike Soter has been in affiliated with the mining and construction industry for more than 23 years. Mike has a bachelor's degree in mining engineering with a extensive background in sales management. Mike oversees all sales for Tri-State Wire Rope.
